On January 29, 2020, at the Head scientific and methodological center for retraining and professional development of managerial and pedagogical staff of higher education system under the Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Ministry of higher and secondary specialised education and non-governmental organization American Councils for International Education USA (Washington) a seminar was organized with the participation of experts Dr. Susan Buck Satton, Dr. Margaret McDonald, Dr. Elise Ahn, Andrew Zimbroff, Ksenia Ivanenko, Adrian Erlinger, and Richard Boyum.
